Hollings Cancer Center is continuing the legacy of the Jerry Zucker Ride for Hope on November 5, 2017. This year's indoor group cycling ride provides the opportunity for all riders to participate in a fun, 45-minute cycling class led by George Hincapie and local instructors. George is one of the world's most recognized riders, a three-time U.S. National Road Race champion, and a valued teammate and leader to winners of cycling's top events such as Tour de France and Milan-San Remo who we are excited to welcome back.

With the support of previous sponsors and riders as well as new friends, we look forward to seeing what can be accomplished in the fight against cancer. Over 28,000 South Carolinians will be diagnosed with cancer this year and it is an honor to ride for the patients of today and tomorrow while also celebrating those no longer with us. The research this event supports includes some of the most promising novel therapies, clinical trials, and diagnostic studies.

We hope you will join us as we proactively fight against this disease that has taken too much from too many of us.

Special thanks to our 2017 Committee: R. Scott Hellman - Chair, Joe Calandra - Co-Chair, John Buxton, Mitchell Crofts, Charles Fox, Jason Lowman, Michael Mintz, and Joe Myers.
