MUSC C.A.R.E.S. Clinic

The MUSC C.A.R.E.S. Clinic is a medical student-initiated and managed non-profit organization providing free medical care to the underserved, uninsured population of the Lowcountry. For twelve years our goal has been to provide free primary care to the homeless and individuals without insurance. Every year we see more than 1,000 patients who otherwise wouldn't be able to afford or find continuum of primary care elsewhere. Without your support this would not be possible.

MUSC Foundation

When you make a gift to support our mission at the Medical University of South Carolina, your receipt comes from the MUSC Foundation. The Foundation, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, was chartered in 1966 to support cutting-edge research, compassionate patient care and world-class education at MUSC. As a state-supported institution with limited resources, MUSC depends upon philanthropic support made through the Foundation to maintain excellence and leadership in health care for our state, region and beyond.
