The inaugural Gourmet & Grapes Uncorked has us escaping to a private residence on Kiawah Island for an entirely unique dining experience. Adda Indian Canteen's Executive Chef Chintan Pandya is joining us from NYC to present his versatile recipes and traditional taste of his homeland, with a Southern twist. The intimate setting allows guests to get in touch with like-minded individuals, as well as the chef and winemaker. Each course will feature world-class wine pairings followed by dessert.

Start your culinary journey on Thursday evening with a BBQ and Bourbon mashup. Sip on some of the world's most sought after bourbons with Drew Kulsveen, fifth-generation master distiller of Willett Distillery. Then, mingle with some of the south's most renowned Pitmasters from Home Team BBQ, Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q, Swig & Swine, Sam Jones BBQ, Holy City Hogs and Cherrywood BBQ and Ale House. Dance the night away to tunes from The Bluestone Ramblers.

The Wine Odyssey Gala is the highlight of the weekend! Start the evening sipping wine and enjoying bites from the Kiawah Island Golf Resort chefs will bidding on silent auction items in the Terrace Ballroom. Then head to the Grand Oaks Ballroom to see some of your favorite chefs from Charleston and throughout the Southeast. Mingle with our culinary talent while sipping on distinctive wines from around the world. Then get ready for the evening's live auction featuring fabulous trips, rare bourbons, exclusive wines and more.
