Closes: Saturday, February 4 at 7:30pm

Bid on one-of-a-kind delicious dinners, amazing trips, hard to find bourbon, beautiful artwork and many more fabulous items! Your participation raises much needed funds supporting cancer research and patient programs at MUSC Hollings Cancer Center.

Instructions

For Wine Odyssey Gala Attendees:

1. Purchase Wine Odyssey Gala tickets
2. Receive a text message with a link to the online bidding site. You must use your text message's personalized link or the system will not recognize your bidding number.
3. Click the link and confirm your name.
4. Browse packages by number, keyword, or category and select your action (Details/Bid/Watch).
5. Bidding takes place in one of two ways:
   a) Manual bid. You will receive a text if you are outbid and submit a new bid if you wish.
   b) Or set a “max bid.” Set the highest amount you are willing to pay for an item, and the system will automatically bid up to that point whenever you are outbid. You will receive a text notifying you if your max has been outbid and have the opportunity to bid again.
6. The “My Bids” button will allow you to track the bids you are winning.
7. If you won, you will receive a text message after the silent auction closes.

Didn't get the text message?

If you are joining us at the Wine Odyssey Gala and did not receive a personalized bidding link via text message, we are ready to assist. Contact us at gourmetandgrapes@musc.edu.

For Remote Bidders:

Even if you can’t attend the gala, you can still bid. To participate purchase remote mobile bidding ticket and follow steps 2-7 above.

Off-site mobile bidders are responsible for picking up the winning items from MUSC Hollings Cancer Center or paying for shipping costs.

Need help?

At the Gala: Bid Butlers will be onsite at the Wine Odyssey Gala to assist you with placing your bids should you have any questions, technical issues, or left your smart phone/tablet at home.
