Event details

To ensure a safe and fun event for everyone, we will be holding our first virtual Floyd Forum. Experts will lead a lay-friendly discussion and answer questions on the latest in prevention, screening, treatment, and research for women’s cancers.

Building on the knowledge that one in three women will be diagnosed with cancer, women are encouraged to invite two friends to the event. Please register all attendees.

Optional fun attire

While we can't get together in person like we did last year, we would love to see you wear your best afternoon tea hat to our virtual event!

Meal options and pickup locations

Order a delicious tray from Hamby’s to enjoy during the event and $3 from every box sold will support women’s cancer research at Hollings! Simply add the Happy Hour Tray when you register for the event. You must register by Saturday, Sept. 19 for the option to add the Hamby’s tray.

Pick up your tray between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Sept. 23 at either the West Ashley (925 St. Andrews Blvd) or Mount Pleasant (215 Coleman Blvd).

The $20 (plus tax) Happy Hour Tray includes:

• Two buttermilk and ham biscuits
• Two traditional deviled eggs
• Fruit salad with lemon cream
• Caprese salad
• Two chicken salad tea sandwiches
• Veggies and dill dip.

Please register by Saturday, Sept. 19. After registering, you will receive an email including the virtual meeting link, meeting number, and password.
