We are looking forward to the 6th Annual Swing for a Cure. We raised more than $100,000 last year and are excited to raise even more this year! The Branch-Crawford Memorial Kick-off Party will be at Harborside East on Friday, July 8, 2016 followed by the Golf Tournament on July 9, 2016 at Charleston National Golf Club in Mount Pleasant, SC.

Travis Branch passed away in June 2010 after a four year battle with hemangiopericytoma, a very rare form of sarcoma cancer. In January of 2015, an aggressive form of osteosarcoma claimed another life, Eric Crawford, after a nine month fight. In an effort to continue our mission to find better treatment options and ultimately a cure for sarcoma cancers, the proceeds from both of these events will benefit sarcoma cancer research and clinical trials at the Medical University of South Carolina’s Hollings Cancer Center’s Comprehensive Sarcoma Cancer Program. Swing for a Cure has raised over $200,000 in support of this program!

Travis and Eric were men of incredible strength, courage, and joy. It is our honor to continue to remember them as they so greatly inspired so many of us. Please join us in celebrating them while funding the research needed to save lives!
